You work with one assistant, not a cast of characters. Under the surface, Upfyn separates orchestration, planning, context, execution, verification and memory so each stage has a clear job.
The six responsibilities are named for Indian minds, and each name reflects a working method taken from what that mind taught, built into the system. None of them is the historical figure, speaks for them, or carries their authority.
Some stages reason with a model; others are deterministic software. The separation matters because permissions, context and checks should not depend on a model remembering to behave.
