What is Upfyn for Enterprise?
Upfyn gives every employee AI members on their own computer: teammates with a job, their own memory and only the tools the organisation allows. Members work in the apps, browser and files people already use, and the organisation runs it from one admin dashboard with members, departments, limits and billing statements.
How is it different from an AI agent platform or an agent workspace?
In Upfyn the members are the agents, and they work on the employee's own desktop instead of in a separate workspace. A member uses the apps on the computer inside a visible frame, works in the signed-in browser and edits the files on the machine, so nothing has to move into a new tool before the work starts.
Which departments can use it?
Members come ready for analytics and finance (Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, Data Scientist, Strategist), engineering (Tech Lead, Frontend and Backend Engineers, QA Tester, Support Engineer), operations and sales (Operations Assistant, Desktop and Web Assistants, Sales & Calls Agent) and marketing (image, video and audio members). Any of them can be changed, and an organisation can make its own.

What can our admins control?

Content-safety screening runs on every request, and content logs are off by default and switched on per person by your admin.
What stays on the employee's computer?
The full record of each conversation, the files and folders a member works on, the terminal and any API keys you bring yourself. Projects synced privately are sealed on the device before they leave it, and the phone reaches the desktop through a relay that cannot read the traffic. Stored text is not sold and is not used to train anyone's model.
Can a member act without approval?
Only as far as you allow. A member reaches only the apps on its list, and every action can be Always, Ask or Off. File writes, edits and commands ask by default, an unanswered request counts as a no, and Esc stops a member using the computer at once.

Which models do employees get?
Bala for fast everyday work, Yuva for production work and Rishi for the hardest multi-step jobs, each at its most capable level on Enterprise. People can also bring their own provider keys or a local model.
Where does Upfyn run?
The desktop app runs on Windows 10 and 11 and on Macs with Apple silicon, with mobile coming soon. Upfyn in Chrome works in Chrome, Edge and Brave, and the phone reaches each person's own desktop.
