The portal only you know how to use
Log in, click through four screens, type the same fifty rows, log out. Every week.
It does the clicking, in the browser you are already signed into.
Some systems have no export and no way in except by hand.
Upfyn drives your own browser — the one your session is already in — so there is no second login and nothing to set up.
Show it the job once. After that you describe the week and it clicks through it.
What it costs you now
- A system with no export, no API, and no way in except typing.
- Fifty rows entered one at a time, and a typo anywhere means doing it twice.
- You cannot take leave, because nobody else has ever done it.
How to hand it over
- 1
Open the Browser panel
In any session, open Browser in the right-hand panel. It can drive the Chrome you are already signed into, so the portal does not ask you to log in again.
- 2
Say what the job is
“Open the supplier portal, go to Orders, and add a row for each line in this file.” It reads the page as it goes.
- 3
Approve the plan
Plan-first mode writes the steps out before anything is clicked. Change what is wrong, then let it run.
- 4
Watch it happen
Every click and keystroke is on screen in front of you. Stop it at any point.
- 5
Put it on repeat — optional
In Flows, describe the same job once and set it to Weekly on the day you choose.
What you end up with
- The rows in the portal, entered, without you typing them.
- The steps written down instead of living only in your head.
- A job somebody else could run — or that nobody has to.
What you need
- Desktop app
- Chrome, Edge or Brave
- Flows — free — to schedule it
