Acceptable Use Policy

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes, in compliance with these rules, our Terms, and applicable law. You are responsible for your Content and for the conduct of anyone using your account.

You must not use the Service to:

• violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, or facilitate any illegal activity;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• develop, generate, distribute, or deploy malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious or harmful code;
• gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, network, or data, or to other users’ environments;
• interfere with, disrupt, overburden, or impair the Service or its infrastructure, or circumvent any security feature, access control, rate limit, or usage restriction;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written authorisation;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing, fraud, or impersonation;
• upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or that exploits or endangers minors;
• resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute the hosted Service without our prior written consent;
• use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service except as expressly permitted;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Service in a way that suggests endorsement by Thinqmesh without permission.

When using AI features (with your own provider API keys), you must not:

• generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the usage policies of the AI provider you use;
• attempt to produce malware, exploits, or instructions intended to cause harm;
• use AI output to deceive, defraud, or unlawfully surveil others;
• deploy AI-generated code without appropriate human review, testing, and validation.

You remain solely responsible for your prompts, your use of AI output, and compliance with your AI provider’s terms.

Protect your account credentials and API keys. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@thinqmesh.com and do not exploit it or disclose it publicly before we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove or restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity, and we may report unlawful activity to authorities. Nothing in this AUP limits our other rights or remedies under the Terms or law.
