Sub-processors

To provide Upfyn, Thinqmesh Technologies Private Limited engages a small set of third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) that may process personal data on our behalf under contract. This page lists them and is referenced by our Privacy Policy.

2. Your AI providers (bring your own keys)
When you use AI features with your own API keys, your prompts and context are sent directly from your machine to the AI provider you choose (for example, your selected large-language-model provider). That provider is acting under your account and its own terms — it is not our sub-processor, and we do not receive or store those prompts. You are responsible for your chosen provider and its handling of your data.
3. What stays on your machine
Your source code, files, terminal/agent output, and AI API keys are not processed by the sub-processors above — they remain on your own device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Changes
