Open-source licenses

The Upfyn engine (the “core”) is released as open source under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3.0 (AGPL-3.0). The Upfyn desktop and web applications — including proprietary features, branding, integrations, and hosted services — are commercial software owned by Thinqmesh Technologies Private Limited and are not, in themselves, licensed under the AGPL-3.0.

The full text of the AGPL-3.0 and the corresponding source for released versions of the engine accompany the published source repository.

Portions of the Upfyn engine are derived from the open-source OpenCode project, used under the MIT License. As required by that license, the original copyright and permission notice is reproduced below and retained in the corresponding source files:
